Founders’ Package (tier 2)	A slightly more advanced package for Founders, incorporating production of: • a standard form shareholders’ agreement; • our optimised Smart Start articles of association, which address some of the deficiencies found in the model articles of association; • the corporate authorities (e.g. board and shareholder resolutions) required in connection with entry into the shareholders’ agreement and adoption of the new articles of association; and • any necessary post-completion items, including filings at Companies House, plus management of the signing process.	£1,400+vat
Founders’ Package (tier 3)	A simple yet entirely bespoke package for Founders, incorporating production of: • a bespoke shareholders’ agreement designed specifically to suit the needs of your company (to operate in conjunction with the model articles of association); • the corporate authorities (e.g. board resolutions) required in connection with entry into the shareholders’ agreement; and • any necessary post-completion items, including filings at Companies House, plus management of the signing process.	£1,750+vat
Founders’ Package (tier 4)	Our most comprehensive Founders’ package, incorporating production of: • a bespoke shareholders’ agreement; • bespoke articles of association; • the corporate authorities (e.g. board and shareholder resolutions) required in connection with entry into the shareholders’ agreement and the new articles of association; and • the necessary post-completion items, including filings at Companies House, plus management of the signing process.	£2,300+vat
